The professional will be responsible for managing and controlling medications and materials, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures, and actively participating in hospital committees.

**Description and Responsibilities:**

* Register materials, medications, suppliers, and service providers in the system, following required procedures;
* Return unused medications and update inventory records accordingly;
* Prepare chemotherapeutic medications;
* Place medication orders following internal procedures;
* Generate consumption and inventory reports for medications to be submitted to Sanitary Surveillance;
* Develop the WT (Work Instrument) to standardize activities;
* Control psychotropic medications via the dedicated control logbook;
* Validate prescriptions from departments by shift, documenting them in spreadsheets for performance indicators;
* Conduct pharmacotherapeutic analysis of prescriptions;
* Perform medication reconciliation for Oncology and Cardiology patients;
* Monitor loans of materials and medications to other hospitals or pharmacies;
* Monitor temperatures of freezers and refrigerators;
* Provide guidance to staff and physicians;
* Conduct inventory counts for pharmacies: Surgical Center, Emergency Department, Central Pharmacy, and emergency carts across departments for analysis;
* Participate in the onboarding process for new employees;
* Attend hospital CIPA meetings, Medical Records Committee meetings, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meetings, and other necessary committee meetings;
* Assume responsibility for satellite pharmacy, emergency department pharmacy, and central pharmacy;
* Assume responsibility for compliance with Sanitary Surveillance regulations and inspections;
* Attend to representatives;
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work materials, ensuring the workplace remains in excellent condition regarding order, cleanliness, and preservation;
* Perform other tasks related to the position, as required by the company or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor;
