Job Summary: The CNC Lathe Operator transforms raw materials into high-precision machined parts by operating CNC lathes responsibly and safely. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure safety and quality in production **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, shift work **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The CNC Lathe Operator is responsible for transforming raw materials into high-precision machined parts by operating CNC lathes responsibly, with quality and safety, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and production deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and operate CNC machines; read and interpret mechanical drawings; * Conduct daily inspections of equipment used, verifying their operational conditions and requesting maintenance when necessary; * Follow production quality procedures and report any anomalies to the supervisor; * Comply with and ensure compliance with safety regulations, safeguarding personnel and company equipment, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workplace; * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education and/or currently enrolled in a technical program in Mechanical Manufacturing; * Knowledge of measuring instruments and reading technical drawings; * Proven experience in machining is a plus; * Flexible availability for shift work. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Gym allowance, On-site meals, Life insurance, Meal voucher
