Server and IT environment support and maintenance **Job Description:** * Manage physical and logical operations of Datacenter equipment, including computers, servers, switches, storage systems, backup devices, networks, etc.; * Monitor communication links, performance, availability, and general issues (as well as their impact on respective systems) using ZABBIX, Grafana, and Dynatrace; * Manage critical backup and restore routines (across more than 2,000 servers), including tape rotation and secure storage; * Maintain operational environmental conditions, including access control, temperature, humidity, and cleanliness; * Respond to technical service requests involving hardware vendors and support partners; * Create and maintain print queues; * Support environment changes; * Install, configure, and maintain servers; * Ensure production environment availability of 99.96% to meet corporate and individual goals. **Requirements:** **Required:** * Familiarity with Datacenter operational routines; * Proficiency in Avamar, Networker, and Datadomain backup processes and tools; * Hardware knowledge required; * Knowledge of storage systems, SAN, and networks; * Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and VMware platforms; * Knowledge of Active Directory; * ITIL knowledge; * Structured cabling knowledge; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Desirable:** * Observability knowledge using Dynatrace.
