




**HR Assistant** **Location:** Olímpia/SP **Employment Type:** CLT On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a creative, communicative professional with a people-focused mindset, who will be responsible for supporting **internal marketing and internal events**. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the **planning and execution of internal campaigns** (special dates, motivational initiatives, recognition campaigns, well-being and mental health); * Produce and distribute **internal announcements**, bulletin boards, newsletters, and digital content for corporate channels (email, internal TV, WhatsApp, intranet); * Post job openings, schedule candidates, and provide feedback; * Assist in the **organization of corporate events**; * Support the HR department in **communicating institutional campaigns** and engagement and culture projects; * Participate in the **creation of simple designs and posts** in collaboration with marketing when necessary; * Collect participation and engagement metrics for internal initiatives. **Requirements** * Ongoing or completed bachelor's degree in **Marketing or HR Management** * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Organized, proactive, and good aesthetic sense; * Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, PowerPoint) is desirable; * Previous experience in **internal marketing, internal events, or HR** will be an advantage.
