Customers who previously only had fuel stations, repair shops, or dealerships as options for oil changes now found a company specialized in automotive lubricants. The company became a reference center and training hub for lubrication technicians. **Credibility, honesty, reliability, ethics, and respect** Activities to be performed: Customer service, technical explanation, and clarification of customer inquiries, offering products and services; Technical knowledge in disassembling and assembling suspension systems, brake system cleaning, brake pad and disc replacement, wheel alignment, balancing, camber adjustment, tire mounting and dismounting, as well as other tasks such as vehicle fluid replacements and related services.
