Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring maintenance scheduling, managing material and tool inventory, and overseeing safety and workshop performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance scheduling monitoring and management 2. Inventory and tool control 3. Data analysis and effective communication Daily monitoring of maintenance scheduling. Sorting and preparation of parts and supplies for maintenance. Inventory control (inbound and outbound) of materials; tool control. Management of maintenance scheduling workflow. Safety performance indicator management. Workshop indicator updates. Required Knowledge: Navigation and use of dashboards/Power BI. Office 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook). Basic SAP knowledge. Data analysis capability and ability to make quick decisions. Effective communication.
