If you are committed, flexible, possess a strong sense of urgency, and seek professional development, this opportunity may be ideal for you! **Responsibilities:** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on molds according to the established schedule; * Fabricate components and fixtures as required for mold maintenance; * Carry out adjustments, assembly, and finishing of mold components; * Use TIG welding for tooling maintenance and restoration; * Perform final assembly and necessary adjustments of molds under maintenance, using specified components; * Monitor mold installation on machines to verify proper operation; * Modify molds according to project changes; * Operate machine tools and specialized tools available in the department; * Develop jigs and tools for production rework; * Basic knowledge of electrical systems related to injection molds; * Identification and verification of resistors, thermocouples, and cables; * Use of simple instruments (e.g., multimeter) for testing; * Assembly and maintenance of electrical plugs and connectors. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * TIG welding skills; * Mold polishing; * Experience as a Toolmaker for Thermoplastic Injection Molds; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Residence in São José dos Campos, Caçapava, Taubaté, and/or Pindamonhangaba.
