Job Summary: The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for people management and daily operations on production lines, developing the team and ensuring results with manufacturing excellence aligned with Nestlé’s values. Working as a Manufacturing Supervisor involves managing people and daily operations on production lines. This management includes guiding and developing the operational team in executing instructions and procedures related to their area of responsibility and delivering results using Manufacturing Excellence tools — always aligned with Nestlé’s purpose and values. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Achieve results through people development and process improvement, applying management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools; * Understand and support the production process, raw materials, packaging used in the factory, and technologies that facilitate, enhance, and improve production processes, including updating instructions and parameters, conducting tests and projects together with support areas and colleagues; * Develop a strategic workforce allocation approach to optimize employee placement and positioning, supporting assistants in preparing work schedules based on employee development and performance; * Monitor routine management through daily meetings, action plan follow-ups, and project tracking; * Adhere to, promote, and review, when necessary, Safety, Health, and Sustainability instructions, accident and incident prevention campaigns, to strengthen SHE preventive culture; * Adhere to, encourage, and review, when necessary, Quality and Food Safety instructions, supporting routine practices in accordance with legal, internal, and regulatory requirements. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields; Experience in people management; Knowledge of Industry 4\.0 and Digital Transformation is a plus; Advanced English is a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma; Communicative, patient, flexible, curious, analytical, and organized.
