Main responsibilities: Monitor cargo via satellite using a tracking program, conduct phone-based monitoring, create monitoring orders in the system, execute emergency procedures in case of signal loss during tracking, complete shift reports, contact branches and drivers to confirm tracking information, etc. Schedule: Availability to work all three shifts.
