Job Summary: This Machining Machine Operator is responsible for applying EHS concepts, maintaining an organized workplace, supporting autonomous maintenance, preparing documentation, performing machine setups, and conducting overhead crane maneuvers. Operation of overhead cranes and participation in technical meetings **Job Description** =================== **Essential Responsibilities:** * Apply EHS concepts daily, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental practices; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace based on the 5S program and Lean Manufacturing principles; * Support autonomous maintenance activities by assisting operators in equipment preservation and storage; * Prepare necessary documentation for part manufacturing, including reading and interpreting technical drawings, sketches, and setup instructions; * Organize and provide required materials for setup execution, ensuring proper usage conditions; * Verify part leveling and inspect machining lines from the fabrication shop to prevent process deviations; * Perform machine setup activities, anticipating part preparations and applying basic knowledge of FANUC and SIEMENS CNC controls; * Conduct overhead crane maneuvers for part positioning and removal, and participate in technical meetings and the initiation of the machining process. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a machining machine operator; * Technical Drawing and FANUC/SIEMENS CNC training will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
