Schedule: MON TO FRI (From 07:00 AM to 4:00 PM) SAT (From 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM) Requirements: \- Must reside in Taubaté \- Experience in condominiums; \- Proactive with good communication skills. Responsibilities: The general cleaning services assistant is the professional responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the club's common areas and reception, through cleaning and maintenance tasks \- Clean and wash floors, walls, windows, tiles, bricks, galleries, and drains. \- Sweep, dust, and wax floors \- Remove garbage, debris, and waste \- Wash and refill plant pots \- Keep restrooms clean and stocked with soap, toilet paper, and towels \- Perform kitchenette duties, such as preparing coffee, tea, and snacks \- Transport furniture, machines, and materials \- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and tools; report shortages of cleaning supplies \- Attend training and refresher courses \- To perform the role, the general services assistant must be organized, proactive, have communication skills, and knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
