The **Quality Engineer** is an experienced professional with in\-depth knowledge in a technical or specialized area, responsible for completing complex tasks requiring interpretation of policies and practices, under minimal supervision. May supervise employees focused on task performance and recommend improvements to the delivery of specialized processes. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in driving quality excellence, supporting compliance, and integrating global standards across our operations. **The Pinda site:** The Pindamonhangaba site is a strategically located manufacturing hub serving major OEMs across South America, recognized as a dominant player in the region for delivering high\-quality products with exceptional reliability. With a flexible product line designed to meet diverse market demands, the site is positioned for operational excellence and growth. **Your key responsibilities:** * Embraces and role models DuPont Core Values; Cultivates a culture of excellence * Requires in\-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and advanced knowledge of related job disciplines. * Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and differentiators in the market. * Has built a detailed understanding of market, function, processes and policies gained through multiple years of experience. * Interprets and applies organizational policies; recommends changes/improvements to specialized processes and procedures. * May have formal supervisory responsibilities, guiding and prioritizing the activities of individual contributors with similar responsibilities. * Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams. * Works independently with minimal guidance, providing guidance to less senior team members. * Assignments often require independent judgment and evaluation. * Integrate our Global Quality Network * Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. **Qualifications:** * Bs. in Chemistry or Engineering with active CRQ * Relevant experience maintaining Quality Management System. * Experience leading small teams, preferred * Experience in regulated industries such as IATF, ISO series, along with auditing experience * Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential * Analytical skills with the ability to interpret efficiency metrics * Six Sigma/Lean practitioner with demonstrated results * Experience in applying core tools: FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Layered Audit, Control Plan, Process Audit, desired Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
