If this resonates with you and you’re interested in joining our company, come work with us! **Key responsibilities of this role include**: * Conducting fieldwork alongside operations teams to identify potential hazards and proactively implement measures to reduce occupational accident risks; * Preparing Accident Communication Forms (CAT) and conducting root cause analyses when required; * Participating in CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and Fire Brigade meetings and activities, collaborating to enhance the SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) management system; * Promoting educational campaigns, SIPATMA (Annual Internal Campaign for Occupational Safety and Health), and delivering DSS (Safety and Health Training Sessions) to raise awareness and prevent occupational accidents, diseases, and environmental harm; * Managing ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment), and Engineering Controls (EPCs) at the Branch; monitoring SSMA performance indicators and addressing non-conformities; * Ability to develop and deliver training sessions for employees—including onboarding and other SSMA-related topics—and lead emergency drills; * Experience with tools such as Work Permits, Preliminary Risk Analysis, Hazard and Damage Identification, and Environmental Aspect and Impact Assessment; * Managing license renewals including AVCB (Fire Prevention and Control Certificate), environmental licenses, and others; requesting necessary updates to technical reports and legal documents such as PGR (Risk Management Program), PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program), environmental monitoring reports, and others; * Managing issuance of environmental and sanitary documents including MTR (Waste Transport Manifest), RAPPI (Industrial Waste Registration), CADRI (Industrial Waste Control Document), pest control records, and other related documentation; * Supporting the Branch in complying with applicable legal requirements and Regulatory Norms (NRs). **Requirements**: * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Experience in occupational safety within manufacturing plants, warehouses, or distribution centers is desirable; * Familiarity with SOC software is desirable; * Instructor certification for Regulatory Norms (NRs) is desirable; * Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is desirable; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity. **Compensation**: * Fixed monthly salary: BRL 4,295.44 **Benefits**: * Chartered transportation for residents of Campos do Jordão and Taubaté; * Meal allowance: BRL 282; * 80% of Unimed health plan covered by the company; * Dental plan; * Gas allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy allowance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Plan (PLR); * Career development program. **Working Hours**: * Monday to Friday – from 7:45 a.m. to 5:33 p.m.
