Mandatory Requirements * Education in data-related fields (technical or higher education preferred). * Practical experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Excel/VBA. * Experience developing and tracking KPIs. * Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of other BI tools. * Experience with data storytelling. * Familiarity with collaborative environments and agile methodologies.
