Directly manage logistics flows, ensuring materials and products are moved accurately and in compliance with established standards. **Roles \& Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Internal Logistics: Monitor movement of raw materials and finished products between production departments to ensure efficient operations. * Pre- and Post\-Production: Manage logistics flow before and after production to ensure materials are available and finished products are properly stored and shipped. * Warehousing: Ensure proper organization and inventory control, guaranteeing products are stored according to safety, quality, and established procedural standards. * Material Handling: Track material receipts and shipments in the system, making adjustments as needed and ensuring inventory accuracy. * Operations: Schedule and coordinate shipment operations for materials and products based on demand. * Operations and Communication: Collaborate with internal departments, contractors, and logistics operators to optimize routine processes. Establish and maintain effective communication to ensure continuous operational and informational flow. * Information Processing: Monitor and fulfill internal and external customer requests, meeting established deadlines. Issue and verify invoices, validate transport documents, and support shipping operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance of logistics processes. * Documentation and Recordkeeping: Generate and maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including invoice issuance and other relevant documents for departmental procedures, ensuring fiscal and operational compliance in shipping and receiving processes. * Compliance and Safety: Ensure all activities comply with LyondellBasell’s internal safety, quality, and regulatory standards. **Min. Qualifications** ----------------------- * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in internal logistics, warehousing, and billing operations. * Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably TOTVS Datasul or similar). * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel for data management and reporting. * Familiarity with logistics safety and regulatory requirements. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Knowledge of applicable international quality regulations, standards, and guidelines (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949\). * Familiarity with key tools (e.g., FMEA, MASP).
