Job Summary: A professional responsible for vehicle inspection, maintenance, and repair, focusing on wheel alignment, balancing, suspension, and brakes. Key Highlights: 1. Conducts detailed vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance. 2. Expertise in 3D wheel alignment and balancing, suspension, and brakes. 3. Works in a dynamic environment with emphasis on organization and customer service. **Reporting to the department manager, your responsibilities will include:** * Performing axle inspection and geometry checks; assessing tire wear and balance; * Inspecting tires with focus on wear patterns; * Evaluating the condition of control arm bushings, steering tie rod ends, and checking for excessive play in axle hubs; * Inspecting vehicle suspension/brake systems, wheel alignment, and balancing using 3D equipment; * Knowledge across multiple vehicle brands; * Performing general greasing and lubrication as scheduled or upon request; * Diagnosing passenger vehicles, replacing parts, and servicing suspension, steering, brakes, wheel balancing, tire replacement, alignment, and camber adjustment; * Assisting in organizing the workplace, maintaining tools and equipment, and keeping the work area clean and orderly; * Complying with company safety regulations; * Liaising with the tire shop regarding tire replacements and mechanical issues, among other tasks; suspension, clutches, electronic fuel injection, and automotive air conditioning cleaning/maintenance/repair; * Requesting replacement parts and auxiliary materials required to perform services; * Performing other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements** * Completed high school education or Technical Certification in Wheel Alignment Mechanics; * Driver’s license Category B is a plus; * Experience in auto centers, as this role focuses on wheel alignment—not engine mechanics; * Completion of a 3D alignment course is a plus; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Must deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating genuine interest in assisting customers with any inquiries.
