**Job Description** Provide support to the clinic's financial activities, ensuring control, organization, and execution of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and bank reconciliation routines, contributing to the company's financial health and compliance with legal obligations. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Perform entries and controls for accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Execute and monitor payments, collections, and system updates; * Prepare and update financial control spreadsheets; * Assist in the billing process for provided services (private clients, insurance plans, and contracted companies); * Perform bank reconciliations; * Help prepare financial reports for management; * Support verification of invoices and accounting documents; * Monitor daily cash flow; * Address supplier and internal client inquiries regarding payments and collections; * Assist in internal and external audit processes; * Comply with departmental administrative rules, deadlines, and routines. ***Requirements*** * Completed high school (preferably with technical course in administration or accounting); * Preferably pursuing higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Knowledge of financial procedures, bank reconciliation, and cash flow; * Proficiency in Excel and financial management systems; * Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility in meeting deadlines. ***Behavioral Competencies*** * Organization and discipline; * Proactivity and initiative; * Professional discretion and confidentiality; * Ability to work in a team; * Strong interpersonal skills.
