Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Interface **Description:** ---------------- **Activities / Responsibilities** * MRP Management: Perform MRP preparation, planning, and execution; * SAP Operations: Generate supplier releases in bulk via the system; * Demand Analysis: Analyze customer release changes against material coverage status; * Control Transactions: Use transactions MD04, MD16, ME84, ME9E, MB51, and ME2L on a daily basis; * Follow\-up and Logistics: Monitor deliveries with international suppliers and carriers, tracking freight forwarder adherence; * Inventory and Supply Management: Ensure healthy plant inventory levels, with frequent updates of coverage and projections for imported items in transit; * Stakeholder Interface: Discuss volume changes, EDI demand queries, and additional costs with suppliers, internal customers, and OEMs; * Financial and Performance Control: Monitor departmental KPIs, control extra costs (PTAs, Claims, QNs), avoid unnecessary freight expenses, and support audits; * Continuous Improvement: Participate in improvement projects and meet individual performance metrics. **Requirements:** * Material movement knowledge in SAP: Practical experience with Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, and transaction MF47; * Inventory analysis and inventory profile: Technical ability to diagnose and manage material flow and storage levels.
