Join us!** **Key Responsibilities and Tasks** * eBOM = Engineering Bill of Materials: A list of parts and assemblies with their various levels. * mBOM = Manufacturing Bill of Materials: A list of manufacturing processes. * PFMEA = Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis * DVPlan = Design Validation Plan * Process flowchart * Analysis and mathematical models, along with 2D drawings of parts and assemblies, to identify potential gaps requiring correction—for example: raw material specifications, safety-related characteristics, missing or excessive weld points or weld beads. * Preparation of impact assessment requests regarding cost, timeline, and feasibility for stamping, welding, and logistics processes. For such requests, compile supporting materials clearly illustrating product and/or process changes so that affected departments can accurately assess impacts. * Product audit. * Development of product activity schedules using MS Project. * Creation of SAP codes. Perform receipt of invoices and goods (parts, materials, and components), and conduct physical and system-based verifications. * Manage movements of materials, components, and parts across projects. * Provide requested parts/components and materials to production line edges as required by processes. * Conduct cyclic inventory counts of project-related materials, components, and parts across all plants. * Issue invoices. * Dispatch project-related materials, components, and parts. * Manage transportation for projects. * Manage project-related logistics payment orders.
