Our apprentices are responsible for performing support activities across supermarket operations. Packaging and bagging merchandise and products. Guiding customers regarding merchandise, products, and services. Restocking sales points with merchandise and products. **If you enjoy retail, serving people, and helping others, join our team!** **This position is for the \- Pindamonhangaba store.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor product storage, verifying necessary precautions for each department. * Monitor preparation and packaging of perishables, as well as identification of damaged or unsellable products. * Ensure minimal loss of merchandise, packaging, or labels. * Restock merchandise while maintaining continuous rotation. * Deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating willingness to assist customers with any inquiries, facilitating product exchanges, and providing related services. * Provide front-counter assistance for exchanging damaged merchandise, price verification, etc. * Organize merchandise to protect it, facilitate transportation, and optimize usage of customer-provided bags. * Bag merchandise considering appropriate product classification. * Ensure adequate supply of bags at checkout counters and match product weight to bag load capacity. * Assist customers in transporting merchandise within the store. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Elementary education * Minimum age of 14 years **Behavioral/Technical Competencies** * Initiative * Proactivity * Agility * Courtesy * Interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualification** * Computer literacy course **Additional Information** **Employment Contract**: Apprentice Meals are provided on-site!
