As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key player in the success of our team, ensuring maximum availability and reliability of industrial assets by leading preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. This role involves direct management of the technical team, guaranteeing compliance with safety standards and operational excellence across electrical, electronic, and refrigeration areas. The professional must optimize processes, manage performance indicators, and ensure rapid response to plant requirements. Responsibilities: * Lead and monitor the activities of the multidisciplinary team (electrical, electronic, and refrigeration), ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to procedures. * Manage high-voltage infrastructure, supervising maintenance of primary switchgear, substations, transformers, and generator sets. * Coordinate maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems, including chillers, water-cooled compressors, exhaust fans, and air-conditioning units (Split and K7\). * Supervise the electronics laboratory, guiding component repair on workbenches and use of precision equipment (e.g., MFT3\). * Manage service-level agreement (SLA) indicators and work orders, prioritizing critical issues to minimize machine downtime. * Control inventory of critical spare parts for electrical and refrigeration areas. * Suggest and implement process and work-method improvements aimed at energy efficiency and cost reduction. * Conduct training sessions, provide guidance, and deliver feedback to support the technical development of the technical team. * Support and participate in audits (VDA, quality, environment, health and safety). Requirements: * Education: Completed technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering. * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred). * Minimum 4 years’ experience in maintenance supervision. * Preferred in-depth knowledge of Electrical and Power Systems (primary switchgear, substations, transformers, generators), Refrigeration (chillers, cooling towers, direct expansion), and Electronics (instrumentation, parameterization, bench maintenance). * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Knowledge of people management and negotiation techniques.
