Training and qualification for the IRLA role **IRLA TRAINEE ASSISTANT** *(Aerial Line Installer and Repairer)* **No prior experience in the field required** **Job Description** A telecommunications company is hiring professionals to work as **IRLA Assistants**, supporting the installation and maintenance of **pay-TV, broadband internet, and fixed and mobile telephony** services for residential and business customers in the **Taubaté** region. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of products and services provided by **CLARO** (pay-TV, broadband internet, fixed and mobile telephony). **Requirements** * Completed high school; * Valid driver's license, category **B**, held for at least **2 years**; * Basic knowledge of computer use and internet; * Must reside in **Taubaté, Tremembé, or Pindamonhangaba**; * Availability for flexible working hours and travel. **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour break; * **Friday and Saturday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Benefits** * Training and qualification for the **IRLA (Aerial Line Installer and Repairer)** role; * Training and certification in **NR10 and NR35**; * Company vehicle, tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), mobile phone, and SIM card for job execution; * Life insurance; * Hazard pay upon role change (only after completion of all trainings); * Meal allowance of **R$ 26.00 per day**; * TotalPass; * Telemedicine plan. **Employment Type** * Full-time * Permanent – CLT Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1.631,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Company vehicle Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a category B driver's license with at least 2 years of validity?
