Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Perform comprehensive building maintenance (predictive, preventive, and corrective) across the entire facility, including electrical panels and circuits, air-conditioning units, exhaust fans, compressors, water pumps, pneumatic circuits, access control systems, and monitoring systems. * Follow electrical preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, inspecting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other automation systems to ensure correct and safe equipment operation; * Accurately complete all electronic work orders issued via the SMI system (Industrial Maintenance System), documenting the work performed, logging hours worked, specifying materials used, and including other relevant information to maintain equipment incident history; * Respond to issues identified during autonomous maintenance inspections (TPM), implementing improvements and meeting operational area requirements; * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace, including materials, tools, machinery, and equipment used in daily tasks, while adhering to safety procedures and properly using PPE; * Support and oversee service provider activities related to building maintenance to ensure quality, organization, and safety of contracted services. **Mandatory Requirements** Completed High School Education Technical degree in mechatronics / electrician or related fields **Additional Requirements** NR-10 and NR-35 certifications, including platform operation
