




Basic knowledge of internal audits, nonconformities, handling procedures, and corrective/preventive actions. Familiarity with quality indicators (e.g., nonconformities, rework, customer complaints, OEE, PPM, among others). Proficiency in computerized quality management systems, ERP systems, or other management software. 2. Operational Competencies Conducting internal audits, inspections, and routine verifications. Monitoring and analyzing nonconformities, process failures, and customer complaints. Preparing technical reports, charts, and performance indicators. Supporting the development and review of procedures, control plans, and work instructions. Participating in root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions. Verifying and tracking instrument calibration, where applicable. Providing support to production, logistics, and engineering teams on quality-related matters. 3. Safety and Compliance Competencies Strict adherence to internal standards and sector-specific regulatory requirements. Attention to deviations, failures, and unsafe conditions within processes. Alignment with compliance policies and sound operational practices. Ensuring that processes and products meet legal, regulatory, and customer requirements. 4. Behavioral Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis. Analytical and critical thinking to identify causes and propose effective solutions. Clear communication skills and ability to guide colleagues across various departments. Impartiality and ethical conduct during audits and verifications. Teamwork with production, engineering, procurement, and logistics departments. Proactivity in proposing continuous improvements. Organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Quality Management, Administration, or related fields. Additional training in Quality Tools, Internal Auditing, Metrology, or Statistical Process Control (SPC) is desirable. Prior experience in quality routines or process control is an advantage.
