Strategic and analytical PCP Coordinator to ensure excellence in production planning, order management, and customer service.

We are seeking a strategic professional with strong analytical capability and systemic vision to serve as **PCP Coordinator**, responsible for ensuring excellence in production planning, order portfolio management, and customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the planning and tracking of customer orders, from demand receipt through final delivery.
* Manage the order portfolio, ensuring alignment among Sales, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service departments.
* Monitor inventory levels, material procurement needs, and production scheduling to guarantee adherence to agreed deadlines.
* Serve as the primary interface between the company and customers, providing updates on order status and supporting resolution of potential deviations.
* Lead the PCP team, promoting activity organization, employee development, and continuous process improvement.
* Track and analyze performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of results.
* Develop revenue forecasts, production capacity projections, and action plans, reporting results, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
* Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions to optimize processes.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
* Solid experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP).
* Experience managing order portfolios and overseeing the full order cycle, from intake to delivery.
* Knowledge of material planning, inventory management, MRP, and production scheduling.
* Experience monitoring suppliers and managing delivery timelines.
* Experience leading teams and distributing tasks.
* Knowledge of and experience managing performance indicators such as OTIF, on-time delivery, productivity, service level, planning accuracy, and projected vs. actual revenue.
* Experience preparing and presenting managerial indicators and forecasts to senior management.
* Advanced Excel proficiency.
* Analytical ability to identify risks and opportunities and propose effective solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
* Experience with continuous improvement tools and process management.
* Experience in industrial environments with high demand and operational complexity.

Compensation: R$8.000,00 - R$9.000,00 per month
