**Technical Budgeting and Planning Analyst** A professional responsible for preparing technical budgets, carrying out physical and budgetary planning for construction projects, analyzing designs, and supporting commercial and engineering departments—ensuring technical and financial feasibility as well as adherence to deadlines. **Responsibilities** * Prepare technical budgets for industrial services and construction projects; * Carry out physical and budgetary planning for projects; * Analyze drawings, technical specifications, descriptive memoranda, and customer requirements; * Develop projects according to demand and contracted scope; * Support the commercial department in formulating technical and commercial proposals; * Support engineering in defining scope, resources, and schedules; * Quantify materials, labor, and services; * Assist in analyzing the technical and financial feasibility of proposals; * Maintain organization and up-to-date status of technical and budgetary documents. **Requirements** * Experience preparing technical budgets and/or projects; * Knowledge of physical and budgetary planning; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software; * Basic Excel knowledge for cost composition and controls; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the **industrial installations** sector; * Hands-on experience in industrial assembly, mechanical piping, or structural steelwork; * Familiarity with MS Project or other planning tools; * Experience developing technical and commercial proposals. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Timeliness of budget delivery; * Budget accuracy relative to actual project costs; * Proposal rework rate; * Effective support to the commercial team (approved proposals); * Organization and standardization of technical documentation. **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Analytical and organized mindset; * Strong communication skills with technical and commercial teams; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks.
