We are looking for a senior leader to own GridFusion (GF), a critical Finance IT platform for GE Vernova’s Hydro business. In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of GF, acting as the main bridge between Finance/Operations and Digital Technology (DT/IT). You will shape the roadmap, ensure robust processes and high‑quality releases, and drive strong adoption across Brazil and other Hydro regions.**Job Description** =================== **Responsibilities:*** Act as primary interface between business leaders and DT/IT for all GridFusion topics; * Translate business needs and pain points into clear, outcome‑driven requirements and acceptance criteria; * Partner with DT/IT to assess feasibility, classify requests (configuration vs. development), and prioritize the backlog; * Understand core Hydro Finance processes (incl. MPR and PMR) and how they are executed in GridFusion; * Identify process gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities, driving standardization and best practices; * Define and enforce controls to improve data quality, reliability, and compliance; * Lead delivery in partnership with DT/IT, including UAT planning, execution, and traceability; * Own Go/No‑Go recommendations for releases and ensure readiness, stability, and quality; Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, documentation, and audit/SOX requirements where applicable; * Serve as single point of contact for GF enhancements and change requests; * Communicate clearly via roadmaps, status updates, and release notes to stakeholders at multiple levels; * Drive platform stability through release/maintenance planning, SLAs/SLOs, and incident/post‑incident management; * Lead adoption and change programs (stakeholder mapping, champions network, targeted enablement, role‑based training); * Monitor health and adoption metrics (stability, data quality, process adherence, usage analytics) and lead remediation actions; * Establish Voice of Customer routines and convert feedback into prioritized backlog and process updates; * Facilitate cross‑functional decisions, risk escalations, and governance forums aligning business, DT/IT, and process owners. **Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; * Previous experience in managing finance or business applications within IT/DT (e.g., Project Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager); * Strong finance domain experience in project‑based environments (project reviews, project margin analytics, revenue/cost controls); * Proven ability to translate business processes into system requirements and distinguish configuration from customization; * Demonstrated track record in improving platform stability and driving end‑user adoption in global, matrixed organizations; * Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, UAT, test strategy, release and change management, and documentation best practices * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills; able to influence and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders * Experience working effectively in a global, matrixed environment and influencing without direct authority; * Fluent in English and Portuguese (required); Spanish is a plus. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** Yes

What will be your role? * Assess the technical feasibility of participating in a tender. * Understand client requirements and ensure they are well documented, building validation of understanding and clarifying questions regarding scope and involved services. * Support decisions on whether or not to participate in each tender. * Participate in meetings with clients to understand their challenges and objectives, and clarify technical and scope-related questions about services and solutions. * Analyze technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions, including offer and service engineering where applicable. * Define timelines for proposal development, identify internal stakeholders, establish cadences for opportunities under review, perform validations per established rules, generate status reports on opportunity progress, among other responsibilities. * Manage the cross-functional team involved in the process (technical, operational, commercial, legal, etc.). * Ensure adherence to deadlines and requirements for each tender, performing reverse engineering to meet deadlines and comply with company internal policies and procedures. * Ensure timely submission and registration of proposals. * Develop technical documentation covering scope, architecture, deliverables, methodologies, and assumptions. * Clearly articulate the benefits and differentiators of the proposed solution and the company, including case studies of similar projects. * Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure the technical proposal aligns with sales strategy and supports cost structure, effort estimation, and margin definition. * Participate in technical presentations and demonstrations for clients. * Validate effort-based budget estimates (in hours) with internal technical teams to ensure alignment with opportunity needs and competitive market positioning. * Identify potential risks associated with the proposal/opportunity and propose mitigation strategies; raise alerts when deciding whether or not to participate in tenders, or suggest alternative mitigation approaches—such as scope adjustments, architectural changes, or revised assumptions. * Templates and standards for financial and technical feasibility analysis, benefits assessment, and ROI calculation. * Proactive / consultative engagement / assessments. We expect you to have: * Knowledge of Energy & Utilities market processes, especially in the sanitation sector (water intake, treatment, distribution, quality, etc.) and the electric sector (generation, transmission, and distribution), Oil & Gas, among others. * Knowledge of Energy & Utilities market operations. * Familiarity with sector regulations, standards, and trends—including renewable energy sources, smart grids, and energy efficiency. * Knowledge of SAP, Billing, CRM, and other bid management systems. * Experience in tender and procurement processes: RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, electronic auctions. * Familiarity with IT services such as outsourcing, SAP, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, integrations, APIs, data engineering and science, computer vision, N1/N2 support services and products, DevOps, agile and traditional project execution methodologies, AI, IoT, among others. * Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into business value. * Creative thinking to design solutions and propose offer engineering and alternative scenarios to resolve clients’ business problems. * Pricing and profit margin expertise: cost structure and pricing methodology. * Alignment of solutions with business objectives, translating client needs into IT solutions. * Technical communication and writing skills to produce clear, well-structured proposals. * Clear communication skills to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences. * Client relationship management skills, including ability to uncover needs and build trust. * Teamwork capability to coordinate cross-functional teams. * Intermediate English proficiency.
