Responsibilities include managing the customer experience, closely monitoring sales metrics, and providing in-store post\-sale service to ensure satisfaction for all guests, along with other duties. Additionally, the Host supports managers with NPS (Link and Forms) surveys, ensuring feedback is collected and used to improve services.
