Recruit and select candidates and ensure the store staffing; * Monitor sales reports, engage the team to achieve results, present individual goals and the team's collective goal. * Assist the immediate manager in coordinating all activities necessary for the store's operation (monthly meetings, team development feedback, evaluation of the individual service model implementation, team dress code).
