It offers services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, supervising and guiding the team, as well as motivating and evaluating sales performed by the team. You will perform check-in of received merchandise. You will ensure the security and integrity of the establishment. You will be responsible for recruitment, selection, and onboarding, as well as for employee development and offboarding. You will prepare staff work schedules, manage inventory, and monitor market trends.
