




Job Objective: Lead, guide, and develop the sales team, ensuring achievement of commercial targets, high-quality customer service, and continuous improvement of processes and results. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise the sales team on a daily basis; - Conduct alignment meetings, performance feedback sessions, and performance reviews; - Monitor individual and collective targets, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators; - Support the team in more complex negotiations and decision-making; - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports; - Ensure all commercial processes comply with internal policies; - Train new employees and promote continuous team development; - Ensure customer satisfaction and excellence in service; Develop sales strategies and initiatives to improve results. Requirements: * Prior experience in sales and team coordination; * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and capacity for decision-making; * Knowledge of commercial routines, sales metrics, and KPIs; * Organizational skills, accountability, and results orientation; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Preferred: Experience in the automotive or retail sector; CRM knowledge and familiarity with sales methodologies.
