**What we expect from you:** * Completed higher education. * Experience in home centers and retail. * Experience leading teams. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **What a Commercial Coordinator's day-to-day looks like:** * Engages the section, customer service, sales, and client relationships. * Engages the sales team in shelf space management. * Defines and implements strategic and operational actions for your department together with the Commercial Manager. * Works on training the in-store sales team. * Manages and monitors sales performance results. * Monitors and ensures each salesperson's customer service. * Ensures achievement of target goals. * Guarantees negotiations are conducted according to current commercial policies, as well as all sales operations. * Analyzes, qualifies, and encourages follow-up on budgets issued within your sector.
