




* Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, issuing receipts for daily cash, credit/debit card, PIX, and bill payments. * Verify the opening cash amount to ensure adequate funds for replenishment and change provision. * Serve customers and recommend the most suitable payment method. * Offer the HTN card to customers who do not yet hold this payment option. * Identify customers using official identification documents (ID card or driver’s license) for credit account opening. * Register and update customer profiles, requesting necessary documents (ID card, CPF, and phone number) for analysis and approval in accordance with the current Credit Policy. * For existing HTN cardholders, offer PCJ and PP services. * Collect purchase amounts via cash, verifying banknote authenticity; when payment is made using the HTN card, request valid identification documentation. * Visually inspect products (model, size, color, stitching, quantity purchased, etc.) to prevent future exchanges and complaints. * Always gift-wrap items upon customer request, following pre-established internal guidelines. Responsible for handling cash and equipment, as well as restocking operational support items (meat wraps, shopping bags, receipt rolls, gift wrap paper, etc.). * Assist with ad-hoc tasks within the store, maintaining a consistently clean and organized work area. * Support other store departments—warehouse, visual merchandising, and restocking (multifunctional role).
