Job Summary: Assist the Construction Master in team supervision, ensuring employee safety, production standards, project execution, schedule adherence, as well as construction quality and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Team supervision and assurance of employees' physical safety. 2. Control of production standards and execution of activities according to the project. 3. Ensuring construction quality and compliance with safety regulations. Assist the Construction Master in supervising work teams to ensure the physical safety of each employee; control the project's production standards; guarantee activity execution in accordance with the project and schedule; Ensure that all stages of the construction process are carried out in compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, quality management standards, and Pacaembu Construtora’s housing and infrastructure service execution procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental procedures, participating in Daily Safety Talks (DDS); * Ensure construction quality; * Verify equipment operation; * Assign tasks to be executed; * Monitor completed work to ensure quality; * Analyze and discuss technical details and instructions of the project to be executed with the supervisor; * Guide and monitor schedule execution; * Interpret project documents, reports, construction records, and work orders; * Manage material inventories, as well as waste and scrap, equipment, and instruments required for supervised tasks; * Monitor construction quality standards, verify specifications of materials used on-site and their storage conditions; * Maintain, clean, preserve, secure, and control all materials, devices, equipment, and the workplace. **Requirements:** Relevant work experience.
