We are seeking a **Quality Analyst** to work in the **food industry**, with an analytical, organized profile and focus on regulatory compliance, quality, and continuous process improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare **nutritional labeling** in compliance with current sanitary legislation; * Conduct **sensory analyses** and develop **sampling plans** to determine shelf life; * Plan and execute **sampling plans** for quality control; * Evaluate, implement, and monitor **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, focusing on environmental hygiene, receipt, portioning, and dispatch, as per **RDC No. 275** and **Ordinance No. 2619**; * Monitor and manage **product traceability procedures**; * Conduct the **supplier approval and qualification process**; * Communicate with **regulatory agencies**, including submission of notifications regarding commencement of manufacturing and/or importation to the local Sanitary Surveillance authority; * Implement, monitor, and follow up on the **allergen control program**. **Desirable Requirements** * Degree in **Food Engineering, Nutrition, Chemistry**, or related fields; * Up-to-date technical knowledge of **sanitary legislation and food labeling**; * Prior experience in the **food industry**, quality, or food safety; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? **Join Betel and contribute to food excellence and safety, directly impacting the quality of our processes and products!**
