Advanced Excel; AutoCAD; MS Project (PERT CPM); Industrial piping projects; Metallic structures; NR10 Electrical installations and services; NR13 Pressure vessels; WHAT YOUR DAY WILL BE LIKE YOUR OBJECTIVE IS TO ADD VALUE TO OUR ENGINEERING TEAM * Lead the execution of processes outlined in the engineering procedure, guiding the team and involved areas. * Work with the engineering team to implement planned investments for the fiscal year, including consolidation and review of schedules. * Develop studies for new projects, defining scope, detailing basic designs, planning schedules, estimating costs, and preparing investment requests with justifications. * Perform equipment sizing, layouts, process flowcharts, and other resources required for the project scope, always considering cost, quality, and deadlines. * Ensure that equipment, facilities, and resources comply with technical standards, legal requirements, manufacturer manuals, and engineering best practices. * Supervise project execution, aiming for minimal interference with production processes. * Monitor field activities, assessing resource needs to meet deadlines and quality standards. * Develop suppliers and service providers by conducting quotations, technical analyses, and recommendations. * Control planned and committed financial values for each Capex, ensuring adherence to the approved budget. * Ensure prompt communication with superiors, stakeholders, and sponsors regarding changes in scope, cost, schedule, and priorities. * Support procurement processes up to purchase order issuance. * Support commissioning and performance testing to validate specifications. * Keep project information updated on management platforms such as Monday or specific reports. * Ensure complete documentation of technical data, specifications, and drawings for handover to maintenance teams and internal clients. * Provide technical support for legal compliance procedures with agencies such as CETESB, Fire Department, City Hall, among others. 2511070202301623549
