Perform run separation and report any stoppages. Analyze stoppages using IBA and complete the shift's RAFs. Monitor and enter production reports into the Totvs system. Perform adjustments after channel changes and setups. Adjust tension and process parameters according to technical specifications. Conduct no-load tests (phantom bar) to verify equipment functionality. Release equipment after stoppages, channel changes, and cage replacements at the rolling mill and finishing block. Operate the heating furnace, adjusting temperature during rolled product stoppages. High school diploma required.
