Assist in inventory control of meats and supplies Empório Gourmet is seeking a Grill Master in Taubaté (Independência). **Responsibilities:** Prepare meat cuts for grilling, parrilla, and rotisserie according to Empório's standards. Grill meats while controlling temperature, cooking time, and doneness. Perform seasoning, marinating, and plating of served dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, utensils, and equipment. Assist in inventory control of meats and supplies used in preparation.
