Take ownership of logistics process improvement initiatives. #### **About the Role:** We are seeking a professional with strong experience in Quality, Management Systems, and Continuous Improvement to assume the role of Quality Coordinator, based in Itapeva/MG, with availability to travel across our operations (15%–20% of time). Ideal candidates will have foundational experience in industry (automotive or food industry experience is a plus) and part of their background in logistics operations, supply chain, and distribution center management. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining corporate Quality processes and integrating them with other company management processes (main DC, satellite DCs, HUBs, and stores distributed across Brazil, as well as alignment with the São Paulo unit), ensuring high-quality delivery of results, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. It is important that this professional has hands-on execution experience to accelerate process implementations, and also spends part of their time on quality planning and strategy to support company growth and performance. The role includes developing analysts, assistants, and operational teams, as well as collaborating with specialists and other coordinators and process leaders. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop the direct team (5–10 members) on technical and behavioral topics; * Develop, implement, and ensure maintenance of Corporate Quality processes across Itapeva DC, satellite DCs, HUBs, Service Centers, and stores; * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations (e.g., MAPA), quality, labor, occupational safety, and ESG requirements; * Guarantee delivery of strategic process indicators through partnerships and improvement projects—for example: quality, service levels, productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, SIG (Integrated Management System), across operations; * Work closely with teams (hands-on profile), serving as an example when managing critical or challenging situations; * Build and maintain a high-performance environment and a results-oriented culture; * Take ownership of logistics process improvement initiatives; * Collaborate closely with Customer Experience (CX/PX), Operations, Projects, Loss Prevention, Safety, Transportation, and People teams to ensure fluidity, safety, and customer experience focus; * Interact with partner areas such as Planning, Supply, and Technology to ensure integration and operational performance; * Be available for occasional weekend support during projects and process monitoring (e.g., implementation of process redesigns); * Possess strong analytical capability for indicator management and directing actions in continuous improvement and process redesign projects. * Proficiency in internal audits related to EO (Operational Excellence) and improvement programs, and experience delivering training to administrative and operational teams. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven solid experience in equivalent roles, primarily in logistics operations, supply chain, e-commerce, or consumer goods, food, or automotive industries; * Experience implementing and maintaining Quality programs, SIG (Integrated Management System), Continuous Improvement, and/or Operational Excellence; * Experience implementing standard Six Sigma (Black Belt) and/or Lean projects; * Experience in management process redesign and Agile methodologies is a plus; * Experience conducting internal audits and delivering training; * Experience managing large-scale distribution centers, omnichannel operations, fulfillment, or B2C operations is a plus; * Practical, solution-oriented profile with strong ownership mindset and ease of collaboration in teams; * Communication skills across all organizational levels and external partners; * Strategic, systemic, and analytical vision for data-driven decision-making; * Knowledge of systems such as SAP, Totvs/Protheus, WMS Bseller, and automation with sorters (Dematic); * Completed undergraduate degree in various Engineering or Technology disciplines, Bachelor’s degree in exact or biological sciences, Logistics, or Information Systems; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Quality or Management Systems; * Belt certification (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent (CQE, SIG, etc.); * Intermediate English proficiency (minimum requirement) for conversation; * Availability for frequent travel; * Proficiency in logistics management tools, WMS, performance indicators, cost analysis, and continuous improvement projects. #### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Internal Auditor certification is a plus; * Veterinary degree with active CRMV registration is a plus; * Knowledge and experience with BI, Google Platform, and databases; We are Brazil’s largest pet ecosystem, united by one purpose: transforming the world into a place where pets are happier and healthier.
