Working as a Quality Assurance Analyst ensures that products manufactured at CPW or by subcontractors meet quality standards and comply with all Quality requirements for release into the Brazilian or international markets, through management of the sensory analysis area, analysis of consumer dissatisfaction, data management in SAP, and support to manufacturing operations. **Your day-to-day responsibilities...** * Support sensory laboratory management (tastings, panelists, accuracy, and training); * Support manufacturing operations regarding production routines, deviations, standards, and quality indicators; * Ensure product release, blocking, and unblocking procedures for finished goods from the factory; * Monitor consumer complaint indicators and lead initiatives and investigations to improve processes; * Lead operational teams in implementing quality pillar tools from the TPM methodology; * Analyze Quality Health Check data and lead the Quality Compliance Committee. **What will contribute to your success?** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Quality Management, or related fields; * English proficiency is an advantage; * SAP knowledge; * Proactive attitude; * Developed analytical and critical thinking skills; * Agility in problem-solving;
