Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team, responsible for managing operating systems, hardware, IT infrastructure, and user support. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and optimize endpoint operating systems and hardware. 2. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support and maintain IT infrastructure. 3. Experience with data backup and restoration, and ticket management. **Are you passionate about technology and eager to join a dynamic and innovative team?** We are looking for a committed and proactive IT Support Analyst to join our team and help drive excellence in user support and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Manage and optimize operating systems** (Microsoft Windows Server and Client), ensuring performance and stability. * **Work with endpoint hardware**, such as computers and mobile devices, to ensure the best experience for our users. * **Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support**, resolving inquiries and issues quickly and efficiently. * **Maintain IT infrastructure** (racks, cabling, fiber optics, connectors, etc.) with maximum organization and performance. * **Perform data backup and restoration** using advanced tools such as N\-able to ensure information security. * **Manage IT tickets and assets**, maintaining efficient and up-to-date control. * **Establish partnerships with IT vendors**, ensuring service and product quality. **What we seek in you:** * **Education:** Completed high school; a bachelor's degree is desirable, and supplementary courses in IT and networking are a plus. * **Experience:** Do you already have experience as an IT Support Analyst? Then this role is for you! * **Skills and Competencies:** Teamwork and excellent communication. Resilience when facing challenges. Basic proficiency in **English and Spanish** to interact with a diverse range of users and vendors.
