**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a **Hardware Engineer** with solid experience in RF multilayer PCB design and layout, to participate in the integrated development of radar systems.
This position requires a strong technical foundation, systemic vision, and the ability to integrate hardware, FPGA, embedded software, and signal processing into complete radar solutions.
**Your main responsibilities will include:**
* Designing hardware (schematic and layout) for high-complexity multilayer PCBs, with an emphasis on RF;
* Defining stack-up, impedance control, and best practices for signal and power integrity;
* Designing, simulating, and validating RF circuits;
* Integrating digital circuits and interfaces with FPGAs;
* Participating in prototype testing, debugging, and validation;
* Preparing technical reports and test validation reports;
* Supporting electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and certifications;
* Developing and maintaining component libraries;
* Serving as the technical interface with manufacturing and suppliers;
* Participating in activities related to radar data processing;
* Representing the company technically before clients and at national and international technical events.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields;
* Proven experience in multilayer PCB design and layout (preferably 8+ layers), including BGA packages, high-density ICs, and RF circuits;
* Experience in hardware validation and debugging;
* Familiarity with FPGAs and integration with programmable logic;
* Proficiency with tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, Siemens xPedition, or similar;
* Advanced English proficiency;
* Ability to produce structured technical documentation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience designing DC/DC power supplies (flyback, buck, boost, LDO);
* Knowledge of digital design and embedded firmware;
* Experience with EMC testing and certifications (e.g., ANATEL);
* Experience working with radar systems or signal processing.
