Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for inspecting finished products, recording results, and evaluating non-conformities to ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct inspections of finished products to verify compliance with specifications; * Record inspection findings in the quality control system; * Inform production leaders and team members of inspection results; * Report inspection results via e\-mail when required; * Evaluate finished products that do not comply with specifications; * Assist in organizing the area designated for non-conforming products; * Evaluate inventory materials for products without orders, as requested; * Evaluate returned products, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions; * Request production orders (POs) for repair and rework from Planning and Production Control (PPC); * Monitor repair and rework progress to ensure product conformity. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related fields. **AVAILABILITY FOR 6X2 SHIFT SCHEDULE** Knowledge of quality tools; Understanding of recording, investigating, and managing quality deviations; Knowledge of quality audits; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; Experience with ERP systems (SAP). **Additional Information** We care about our people’s well-being, so we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support a healthier and more fulfilling life: * Health insurance for employees and dependents; * Dental insurance for employees and dependents; * Profit-sharing program; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Commuter transportation; * Partnerships with educational institutions offering tuition discounts for employees and dependents; * Life insurance.
