Job Summary: Cost Analyst to structure and develop the department, calculate and analyze production costs, and create managerial reports for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Technical responsible for the Cost Department with autonomy to structure the department 2. Calculate, analyze, and monitor production and operational costs 3. Collaborate integrally with Production, Procurement, Finance, and Sales A company specializing in edge banding tapes and surfacing materials is seeking a Cost Analyst in Pindamonhangaba (Socorro). **Responsibilities:** Serve as the technical responsible for the Cost Department, with autonomy to structure and develop the department. Calculate, analyze, and monitor production and operational costs. Develop managerial cost reports, margin analyses, and profitability assessments. Support pricing formation and economic feasibility analyses. Identify variances, opportunities for cost reduction, and efficiency gains. Create, standardize, and continuously improve controls, KPIs, and processes within the department. Collaborate integrally with Production, Procurement, Finance, and Sales. Support monthly closing with critical, explanatory, and decision-oriented analyses. Report analyses and KPIs directly to management and executive leadership. Bachelor's degree required.
