What you'll do
* Define and optimize the internal supply flow, from receiving to point of use;
* Map processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities;
* Implement and sustain Kanban, defining parameters (lot sizes, minimum/maximum stock levels, and replenishment);
* Structure line-side storage to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
* Standardize supply routes and frequencies, ensuring seamless flow between Production, Logistics, PCP, Engineering, and Quality;
* Develop and monitor KPIs (stockouts, accuracy, lead time, efficiency, and downtime);
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives and train teams;
* Perform other job-related tasks in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and energy efficiency standards.

What we are looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Solid experience in Continuous Improvement and materials management;
* Advanced knowledge of Value Stream Mapping;
* Kanban and pull systems;
* Internal logistics and line-side supply;
* Inventory management and inventory accuracy;
* Practical experience in industrial environments;
* ERP system knowledge (SAP or similar) is a plus;
* Advanced/Fluent English;
* Availability to work during standard business hours.
