Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide in-person or telephone guest service, record guest requests, and forward them to the responsible departments. Provide information about the local area, tourist attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest for guests. Process guest check-in, room changes, walk-ins, and check-out. Monitor and control guest and visitor access to hotel premises. Receive payments and enter them into the system. Make reservations for guests, either in person, by telephone, or via email.
