Here, we respect and value diversity. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Planning activities and managing schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines, deliverables, and field operations support when required. * Supporting the PMO and integrating with multidisciplinary teams, acting as the focal point and conducting site visits whenever necessary. * Managing project finances, including budget control, cash flow, measurement, billing, and financial forecasting. * Monitoring performance indicators, preparing management reports, and analyzing variances to support decision-making. **We expect you to have:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Power BI and Power Apps; * Proficiency in MS Project; * Experience in developing and monitoring schedules, defining milestones, action plans, and progress tracking; * Basic knowledge of physical-financial planning; * Knowledge of project financial flows; * Experience in project planning and control with interface to financial flows, including support for cost consolidation, forecasting, and budgetary control; * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and capacity to work integrally with project management teams, contributing to monitoring timelines, deliverables, indicators, and variances; * Intermediate-level English proficiency. **Education:** Civil Engineering and/or Production Engineering **Benefits:** Health insurance plan with no monthly fee and co-payment; Dental insurance plan; Meal allowance or food voucher; Life insurance; Pharmacy network discounts; Extended maternity and paternity leave; Zenklub; Gym reimbursement; Childcare allowance; In-house English courses; Home-office allowance (for hybrid and remote positions); 40-hour weekly work schedule; Partnerships with businesses across multiple sectors.
