During the program, interns will gain practical experience related to their field of study, while also having the opportunity to collaborate directly with other departments within Grupo Ginseng—fostering a more strategic, holistic understanding of the company. From corporate finance, procurement/logistics, people & culture, to commercial operations, candidates will immerse themselves in the Grupo Ginseng universe and experience a broad spectrum of what the company offers—all aimed at developing projects that add value to these departments and to the business overall. Additionally, a customized training calendar will be developed, featuring activities designed to foster integration and project development. Integra will be supported by seasoned industry professionals who will guide project development, supervise assigned tasks, and mentor each intern’s professional journey.
