Issue and track purchase orders in the system, ensuring accurate recording of information and deadlines. 2\. Control and update spreadsheets tracking purchase orders, quotations, deliveries, and suppliers. 3\. Assist in contacting suppliers to confirm delivery timelines, documentation, and registration details. 4\. Support Buyers in sending quotations and organizing received proposals. 5\. Register and update products and suppliers in the ERP system, following departmental guidelines. 6\. Track purchase orders through to delivery, reporting deviations and discrepancies. 7\. Archive contracts, proposals, and other procurement-related documents, ensuring organized recordkeeping. 8\. Assist in verifying invoices and purchase orders for payment release, in coordination with Tax and Finance departments. 9\. Support the preparation of simple reports and presentations for the Product and Procurement departments. 10\. Comply with internal policies, tax and fiscal regulations, and compliance procedures. **Requirements:** * Attention to detail and care in task execution; * Organizational and planning skills; * Must be an employee of any Carajás unit; * Availability to work in Alagoas; * Minimum of 6 months employed with the company; * Must not have received a promotion or transfer within the 1-year period prior to the opening date of the application process for this Internal Opportunity; * Must not have received warnings, suspensions, or unjustified absences in the last 6 months prior to the registration opening date for this Internal Opportunity; * Must not currently be participating in, nor have participated in, any other Internal Opportunities within the past 6 months; * Must have completed 100% of their current position’s learning path in Unicarajás prior to registering for this Internal Opportunity.
