Job Summary: The professional will deliver theoretical and practical classes, guiding and mentoring students in the field of Occupational Safety, contributing to their professional development. Collaborate in curriculum review and development Deliver classes according to your area of expertise, covering both theoretical and practical content with students, guiding and mentoring them through activities and exercises specific to the field, thereby contributing to students’ professional development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan technical visits aligned with the current curricular unit being delivered. * Plan and organize internal or external practical classes, verifying machines, equipment, tools, instruments, materials, and environments required for practical instruction. * Understand SENAI’s Methodology. * Apply pedagogical practices mediated in accordance with SENAI’s Methodology. * Apply the guiding principles of pedagogical practice as defined by SENAI’s Methodology (development of competencies; mediation of learning; interdisciplinarity; contextualization; emphasis on learning how to learn; alignment between the world of work and social practices; integration of theory and practice; encouragement of critical thinking and innovation; meaningful learning; assessment of learning; promotion of educational technology use). * Use the course syllabus as a reference to identify basic, technical, and socioemotional competencies to be developed. * Collaborate in curriculum review and development, ensuring alignment with current and future industrial needs. * Stay updated on trends, technologies, and innovations within the industrial sector relevant to the course. * Develop teaching plans. * Develop and revise assessment items per curricular unit and semester, following Item Response Theory (IRT) methodology, within established deadlines. * Monitor class satisfaction level (NPS). * Develop lesson plans addressing competencies to be developed, knowledge objects, teaching strategies, didactic resources, technological resources, and assessment criteria. * Develop supporting didactic materials, manuals, and practical guides tailored to courses in initiation, improvement, qualification, and technical certification modalities. * Gather information about class characteristics (education level, gender, age group, persons with disabilities – PWD) to adapt teaching and learning strategies. * Design challenging and meaningful learning strategies that bridge students with professional practice, such as problem-based learning, applied research, case studies, technical projects, and integrative projects, among others. * Apply the professional education assessment system according to Item Response Theory (IRT) when designing objective exams. * Develop practical tests and other assessment methods to measure student progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Occupational Safety * Experience in the educational field (teaching) **Additional Information** * Number of vacancies: 01 * Weekly workload: 24 hours * Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM) * Contract type: Indefinite-term * Work location: SENAI Benedito Bentes * Selection process stages: Subject-specific test, Micro-lesson, and Interview.
